You are actively working on the energy transition

    For our headquater in Osnabrück we are looking for a Battery Project Manager (m/f/d) who is excited to take over challenging tasks in a dynamic and future-oriented market and wants to be a part of a highly qualified and collaborative team in a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage development projects focused on battery integration
  • Coordinate between internal teams (hardware development, software development, battery team, industrialization) and external stakeholders (battery manufacturers in China and Korea)
  • Develop project plans, create management reports, and decision templates
  • Support analytical and technical issues related to projects (e.g., requirement management, technical solution options)
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges independently
  • Coordinate project schedules and monitor goal achievement

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary work and technical communication in an international environment
  • Structured and analytical work approach with strong implementation skills
  • University degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics/chemistry) or equivalent education with relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Experience in product or project management in development
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (knowledge of Korean or Chinese is desirable)
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and commitment to performance
